VIDEO: Man Deliberately Rammed Police Car to Escape Robbery in Russia

A resident of Krasnoyarsk, Russia, rammed a police car with his vehicle to escape armed robbers, according to the regional division of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The footage of the incident was published by the Mash Telegram channel.

The young man met a girl online and went to her house in the Solnechny district. Upon arriving at 4 AM, he was unable to establish contact with her. At the same time, an unknown boy and girl approached him and asked for a ride to a specific location.

During the journey, the passenger pulled out a knife and demanded money, but the driver had no cash, prompting the robbers to allow him to approach an ATM.

At some point, the young man spotted a police car and decided to stage an accident to request help. He deliberately rammed his vehicle into the police car. He then requested the police to detain the passengers, promising to explain everything later.

The police detained the 28-year-old man, who had a previous criminal record, and the 21-year-old woman. It was revealed that they had planned the robbery in advance.

A criminal case has been initiated.
