Footage has emerged online showing a newborn baby being rescued from the rubble. This has been reported by Izvestia. It is presumed that this event took place in the Aleppo province of Syria.

Local media outlets have reported that the baby's mother has died.

It is important to note that the death toll from the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria has surpassed 4,000. In Turkey, 2,900 bodies have been discovered, while Syrian authorities have reported 711 fatalities. Additionally, 733 residents have died in areas not controlled by Damascus.
