Iran Sends Humanitarian Aid-Laden Plane to Damascus
Iran has sent a plane loaded with humanitarian aid to Damascus International Airport. This information was shared via the Facebook page of the "Gandzasar" publication operating in Aleppo.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran has dispatched a plane filled with humanitarian aid to Damascus International Airport, intended for those affected by the earthquake that has struck Syria. The aid includes food and medical supplies. In Damascus, Iran's ambassador Mahdi Souphan expressed deep condolences on behalf of Iran to the people of Syria," the statement noted.
Recall that yesterday, several powerful earthquakes occurred in Turkey and Syria, resulting in several thousand casualties.
