US Congressman Frank Pallone Joins Armenian American Protest
In Washington, Armenian Americans held a protest in front of the Capitol building to express their opposition to the blockade of the Lachin corridor. US Congressman Frank Pallone also participated in the protest. Pallone shared this information on his Twitter page.
“Today, near the Capitol, protesters were voicing their concerns about Azerbaijan's illegal and inhumane blockade of the Lachin corridor. I proudly stood with them, calling for the United States to hold Aliyev accountable for human rights violations against the people of Artsakh,” wrote Pallone.
According to a photo shared alongside his post, protesters displayed the Armenian flag and held signs demanding the end of the blockade of Artsakh and a halt to military support for Azerbaijan.
