Donetsk Administration Building Shelled: Dmitry Shevchenko

The Mayor of Yasinovataya in the Donetsk People's Republic, Dmitry Shevchenko, has announced that the city administration building has been shelled by the Ukrainian armed forces. This information has been reported by Russian media.

“A shell of 155 caliber exploded near the administration building. Windows were shattered, and the facade of the building was damaged,” Shevchenko stated on his Telegram channel. He also added that his office was damaged.

Earlier, the representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic reported that the Ukrainian armed forces shelled the territory of the Republic 33 times throughout the day, as part of their oversight and coordination of war crimes in Ukraine.

A total of 174 various caliber shells were fired towards populated areas in the Republic, including 155 mm rounds typically used by NATO artillery. Eight populated areas came under fire, including Gorlovka, Makeevka, and Yasinovataya.

Previously, Pushilin stated that Ukrainian forces should be moved far enough away to prevent them from shelling the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic.
