A Thai Citizen Has Sued the President of Armenia

A Thai citizen, Kachachat Bund, has filed a lawsuit against the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, requesting that he be granted Armenian citizenship. The Administrative Court has accepted the case for consideration. This was reported by the newspaper "Hraparak."

"It turns out that Kachachat Bund has been in Armenia for five years, has established a Thai take-away restaurant, created jobs, and even participated in charitable activities. He is also a PhD student at Gladzor University," the newspaper reports.

According to "Hraparak," the National Security Service of Armenia has given a negative opinion on this matter, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has advised Vahagn Khachaturyan against granting him citizenship, a decision that the Thai citizen is now contesting in court.
