Pashinyan Held a Phone Conversation with Putin
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Pashinyan addressed the humanitarian crisis created in Nagorno-Karabakh due to the illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of necessary actions by the Russian Federation to overcome this crisis.
In this context, the activities of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh were also discussed. The interlocutors examined issues related to the implementation of trilateral agreements signed on November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021, November 26, and October 31, 2022, between the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan.
There was also an exchange of views on other agenda items concerning Armenian-Russian cooperation.
