Macron Is Not Honest, Says Erdogan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking about relations with France, stated that French President Emmanuel Macron lacks qualifications as a head of state.
“In reality, the person who is leading France does not have the qualifications to be the head of state. Look, they are currently exploiting African countries. Burkina Faso has set a deadline that in one month they do not want to see French soldiers here,” writes the "Star" newspaper.
The Turkish president also emphasized that Macron is not honest. “I am saying this sincerely, everything we are discussing now will reach there. But he is not honest, whereas we want international politics to be built on honesty. Where there is no honesty, there is no trust. Of course, there are many similar leaders in the world. Unfortunately, they ignore Turkey in relations with Greece in the Mediterranean and engage in various relationships with him. I have expressed different statements to him that I will not voice publicly,” Erdogan noted.
