Inauguration Ceremony of the New U.S. Ambassador in Armenia
In Armenia, the inauguration ceremony of Kristina Quinn as the U.S. Ambassador took place.
"Kristina A. Quinn's swearing-in as Ambassador took place in the presence of U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Uzra Zeya. Congratulations to Ambassador Quinn," stated a message released by the embassy.
On December 13, 2022, the U.S. Senate confirmed Kristina Quinn's nomination as Ambassador to Armenia. Prior to this, the position was held by Lynne Tracy, whose nomination was also confirmed for the position of Ambassador to Russia.
