A 7-Kilogram Baby Has Been Born in Brazil

A Brazilian woman has given birth to a baby weighing seven kilograms, reports the Independent. The mother underwent a cesarean section.

The 27-year-old Clidiana dos Santos welcomed her son, Anderson, at a hospital in the Amazonas state. At birth, the child weighed seven kilograms and measured approximately 60 centimeters in height. Reports indicate that the boy has surpassed records and has become the largest newborn in the state.

Due to the baby's characteristics, doctors were concerned that the delivery might be difficult, but ultimately, everything had a successful outcome. Clidiana feels well and is happy to have become a mother of multiple children. She praised the hospital staff for their care and attention.

“I don’t know what would have happened to me if it weren’t for them,” she added. The woman is now preparing to be discharged from the hospital and plans to spend time with her family.
