All Banks in Artsakh to Operate Without Intermediary Fees

The Artsakh Information Headquarters reports that starting now, every bank operating in the Republic of Artsakh will serve cards from other banks within Artsakh without charging any intermediary fees. In cases where this is technically impossible, any fees charged will be refunded to the cardholder on the following day of the transaction.

This decision comes in response to public concerns and is in light of the current situation. The Artsakh Operational Headquarters held discussions with the Central Bank of Armenia regarding this matter, after which all banks operating in Artsakh were proposed the above regulation. All banks have agreed to this and have expressed their willingness to ensure the implementation of the procedure.
