Photographs: British Artist Recreates Stonehenge Using Stones Extracted from His Kidneys
British artist Simon Le Boggitt has recreated Stonehenge using stones that were surgically removed from his kidneys. The unusual "artwork" is currently on display at a Sotheby's charity exhibition in London, which will run until January 27, before moving to Glasgow and Brighton, according to The Lincolnite. This is reported by Life.
The idea to create the extraordinary sculpture came to the 60-year-old man after he underwent several surgeries to remove kidney stones. In an interview with reporters, Simon stated that he wishes to donate the Stonehenge replica to the staff of the National Health Service in the UK who helped him recover.
