Video: Azerbaijan is Waging War Against Civilians, Milonov

Azerbaijan has once again halted gas supplies to Nagorno-Karabakh (the Armenian name is Artsakh) and continues to blockade the 120,000 residents of the region.

Vitaly Milonov, a member of the Russian State Duma's international affairs committee, stated in an interview with RUSARMINFO that what is happening in Nagorno-Karabakh should be recognized as genocide, as Azerbaijan is waging war against civilians.

Milonov emphasized that Karabakh has been part of Armenia for thousands of years, and Azerbaijan's actions reflect the historical stance of the Ottoman Empire, to which there can be no surrender.
