Russia-Iran Talks Postponed
Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian were scheduled to hold talks, which have now been postponed to a later date, according to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department of Information and Press.
“By mutual agreement of the parties, the talks between Sergey Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, and Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, originally planned for January 17, have been postponed to a later date,” the ministry stated.
