Video: Where Are You From? Mkhitaryan Gives a Unique Response

Former captain of the Armenian national team and midfielder for Milan's Inter, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, shared insights about his homeland and himself with fans in Italian. The player’s video was published on Inter's official platforms.

At the beginning of the video, Henrikh Mkhitaryan sketches the maps of Armenia and Artsakh on paper, showing where Yerevan is located. “Yerevan is a very beautiful city, especially in the summer when it is quite hot there. I will return there when I finish my football career,” he states in the video.

He advises first-time visitors to Armenia to visit Lake Sevan and Khor Virap, from where Mount Ararat can also be seen. He also recommends visiting Armenian restaurants to enjoy “good food.”

In the video, Henrikh Mkhitaryan talks about how he started playing football and shares memories of his father, the famous footballer Hamlet Mkhitaryan. “It has been an honor for me to play in Armenia and represent the national team,” he expressed.
