«This Phenomenon was Observed in the Skies of Jambarak Today» - Gagik Surenyans
The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Gagik Surenyans, shared a photo on his Facebook page, stating: “This phenomenon, which is called a halo, was observed in the skies of Jambarak this morning. It occurs when sunlight passes through ice crystals accumulated in the upper layers of the atmosphere.”
