Calls from Artsakh to Armenia Fail: 'Karabakh Telekom'

‘Due to cable damage, there are disruptions in fixed internet connectivity. There are also issues with mobile communication, which, however, is not related to cable damage. Some subscribers are unable to make phone calls from Artsakh to Armenian operators,’ the company stated.

It is noteworthy that today, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Kristine Grigoryan, announced that fixed internet and telephone communication have been interrupted in Artsakh. The cable that was damaged is located in the Lachin corridor, where fake eco-activists have gathered by the authorities of Azerbaijan.

Recall that according to a statement from the Artsakh information headquarters on January 10, an accident was recorded on the only high-voltage line supplying Artsakh from Armenia, at the 33rd kilometer of the Goris-Stepanakert 110 kV line. According to data recorded by equipment, the accident occurred in the Agavno-Berdzor section. Based on the current situation, power outages are being implemented.
