The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, today introduced the newly appointed directors to the staff of the Artsakh Investment Fund and the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Fund.

In the Artsakh Investment Fund, while presenting the Executive Director Sevak Harutyunyan, Ruben Vardanyan emphasized the importance of organizing the fund's continued transparent operations, noting that only in this way can public trust be gained and contribute to the activation of the investment environment in Artsakh. He pointed out that the blockade has created a new reality, and the fund needs to assess its operational priorities.

“I am confident that we will overcome these difficulties and move forward, and the fund must become one of the crucial links that will bring investment projects to Artsakh and implement them. We need to work transparently and deliver high-quality work, so that people have both trust and readiness to invest in Artsakh. Agriculture is one of the important sectors for us in terms of security and development. We must organize our work in this sector in such a way that we can both maintain the unique quality and purity of our agricultural products and introduce the latest technologies,” stated the State Minister.
