Pashinyan on Possible Reciprocal Visits of Leaders During Armenia-Turkey Football Matches

The football teams of Armenia and Turkey are in the same group for the qualification round of the 2024 European Championship. When asked by a journalist if there could be reciprocal visits by the leaders of Armenia and Turkey during football matches, Pashinyan responded:

“That depends on the overall situation and the political will of both sides. We believe it is possible to utilize the positive opportunities for normalizing relations that will arise.”
