Number of Tourists Visiting Armenia in 2022: Preliminary Data Released by the Tourism Committee

The Armenian Tourism Committee has presented data on tourist visits to Armenia from January to December 2022. In December 2022, the number of tourists arriving in Armenia reached 130,000, exceeding the figure for the same month in 2021, which was 67,000.

This year, for the second time, Armenia surpassed the visits recorded in 2019 for the same month, with 130,429 visits (compared to 110,685 visits in December 2019).

Preliminary data indicates that a total of 1.67 million tourists visited Armenia in 2022.
