Cameroonian forward Vincent Aboubakar, who reportedly parted ways with Al-Nassr due to the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, has compared the Portuguese forward to Argentina's Lionel Messi.

"I have always believed that Messi is better than Ronaldo, and after training with Ronaldo, I realized I was right," Aboubakar was quoted by Mundo Deportivo.

It is worth noting that the 37-year-old Ronaldo had missed a game for his new team as he did not fit into the foreign players' quota. To resolve this issue, according to RMC Sport, Al-Nassr had to part ways with Aboubakar. Now, Ronaldo can be included in the season's roster. Aboubakar's contract was terminated by mutual consent.
