Significant Snow Expected in Many Regions as Temperatures Decrease

Significant snowfall is anticipated in many regions of the republic during the day on January 8 and at night on January 9, with fog and low horizontal visibility in some areas. Dry weather is expected during the day from January 9 to 13.

The wind will blow from the northeast at a speed of 2-5 m/s. The temperature will gradually decrease by 4-6 degrees from January 8 to 11, while in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, it will drop by 8-10 degrees.

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected during the day on January 8 and 9, with no precipitation from January 10 to 13. Light snow and fog are expected on the night of January 9.
