Estonian Football Players Apologize for Photo with Russian National Team Coach
The Estonian Football Union has apologized after members of the national team dined with and took a photo alongside Russian national team coach Valeri Karpin, thereby offending the "sensibilities" of some.
The photo was taken at a dinner late last year and has sparked outrage among Estonian fans. "Our conversation was solely about football," the athletes stated.
