VIDEO: Injured Eagle Found

On January 2, at around 18:40, the Crisis Management National Center received a report that an injured eagle had been found near one of the houses on Hatiz Street in the village of Dzoraghbyur, Kotayk Province.

The alert was forwarded to the "Endemic and Threatened Species Conservation" foundation. Employees who arrived at the scene determined that the injured bird is a red-footed falcon, which, according to preliminary examination, has a probable gunshot wound to its wing, is emaciated, and dehydrated.

The eagle has been transferred to the temporary shelter of the "Endemic and Threatened Species Conservation" foundation.
