Police Chief Calls on Citizens to Remain Vigilant

Dear citizens,

In light of the New Year, the Police Service will be implementing enhanced operations. During the pre-holiday, holiday, and post-holiday periods, there will be round-the-clock activities in the capital and the regions served by the police, aimed at ensuring road traffic safety and overall public safety.

Guided by the principle of equality before the law, police officers will systematically respond to any violations, applying administrative and legal measures within their powers.

We urge everyone to adopt a responsible and law-respecting approach to road traffic, understanding that any mistake could have tragic consequences. Again, we advise against driving a vehicle while impaired.

The Police Service extends early wishes for a Happy New Year and Armenian Christmas, hoping for safe pre-holiday, holiday, and post-holiday days.
