One Detained in Relation to Explosion in Turkey

Following the explosion at a restaurant in the Turkish city of Aydın, one person has been detained. Turkish Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ announced this on Twitter.

“One individual has been detained,” he wrote.

According to the Turkish minister, the Nazilli District Prosecutor's Office has initiated a judicial investigation into the explosion.

It is noteworthy that the explosion at the restaurant in Aydın has resulted in the deaths of seven people, according to preliminary data.
