Iran's Ambassador in Baku Holds 'Constructive' Meeting with Azerbaijani Presidential Assistant

The Iranian ambassador in Azerbaijan, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, has announced his meeting with the Azerbaijani president's assistant via three Twitter posts.

In his tweet, the ambassador stated, "We had a constructive meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on foreign policy. We discussed the latest developments in our bilateral relations and the current situation in the South Caucasus, as well as practical steps to strengthen our bilateral relations." He also shared a photograph from their meeting.
