VIDEO: Actions Aiming to Surrender Sovereignty to Be Punishable by Imprisonment – Minasian

Justice Minister Grigor Minasian presented a draft law to amend the Criminal Code:
“As a result of the adoption of the draft, actions aimed at surrendering sovereignty will be considered criminally punishable, and public calls to carry out such actions will also be criminalized. Actions aimed at surrendering sovereignty will be punishable by imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years, while public calls for such actions will be subjected to various penalties,” said Minasian.
