Unjustified High Prices for Certain Agricultural Products Recorded in Artsakh

Reports from citizens and observations conducted by the Economic Competition Protection Division of the State Commission for Regulation of Public Services and Economic Competition of the Republic of Artsakh show that there have been unjustified high prices for certain agricultural products sold outside commercial establishments recently.

The Commission warns once again that the sale of any product at a price higher than the market rate (including compared to the same period of the previous year) will be considered a violation of the principles of good faith, honesty, fairness, truthfulness, and impartiality between operators and consumers, as stipulated in Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Economic Competition.
