Ukraine Helped the West 'Rediscover Itself': Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated during a speech at the Verkhovna Rada that Ukraine helped the West 'rediscover itself.' He remarked, 'We helped the West find itself again and feel how dominant the West is. No one in that region fears Russia,' as reported by the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ua on its Telegram channel.

He noted that the topics of security guarantees for the country and the need for reform in international organizations to ensure peace were discussed. Zelensky expects that Ukraine's reconstruction will become Europe's largest economic project as, according to him, the entire country needs rebuilding. Priority will be given to the companies that have remained in the Ukrainian market during the conflict, as stated in the Strana.ua report.

The publication further notes that at the conclusion of military operations, Zelensky intends to complete the digitization of public services and make the country a leader in the green energy sector. Zelensky also hopes to bring back all Ukrainian citizens who have left for abroad.
