Humanitarian Situation in Artsakh Deteriorates Daily, Says Human Rights Defender

The humanitarian situation in Artsakh is deteriorating daily, putting the lives, health, freedom of movement, education, and other fundamental rights of 120,000 people at risk. This was stated by Gegham Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

“On the 17th day of the blockade of Artsakh, the life, health, freedom of movement, education, and other fundamental rights of 120,000 people are at risk. The humanitarian situation in Artsakh is worsening every day,” wrote the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh.
