Situation on Armenia's Roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

In the Aragatsotn province, the roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and K'ari Lake are closed.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia's Crisis Management Center, the Stepanstminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
