Pashinyan and Aliyev Will Not Meet in St. Petersburg: Peskov

There will be no trilateral meeting between the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan, and the Prime Minister of Armenia in St. Petersburg as part of the informal CIS summit. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, to Interfax.

"They will be present, but no meeting is scheduled between the three of them," said Peskov.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president had reported that a trilateral meeting involving the Prime Minister of Armenia and the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan had not been agreed upon, and the leaders of the three countries could converse during the informal CIS summit.

It is noteworthy that a trilateral summit involving the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan—Vladimir Putin, Nikol Pashinyan, and Ilham Aliyev—took place in Sochi on October 31, resulting in a joint statement.
