David Babayan Responds to Aliyev's Statements

David Babayan, the acting Foreign Minister of Artsakh, writes: “The statement by Azerbaijani President Aliyev regarding the need to jointly develop a framework for the return of Western Azerbaijan, meaning the territory of the current Republic of Armenia, is the Azerbaijani version of Hitler's Barbarossa plan.”

It should be noted that today marks the 14th day that Azerbaijanis have blocked the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, creating a humanitarian crisis for the people of Artsakh.
