VIDEO: 'We are ready to sign a document with that content,' says Pashinyan

The Republic of Armenia has submitted its proposals to Azerbaijan regarding the peace agreement and is ready to sign a contract based on that content. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government session.

“I hope Azerbaijan's response will also be positive,” Pashinyan said.

The Prime Minister also listed the proposals that were submitted to Azerbaijan months ago. “The Armenian side has submitted its proposals regarding the further work of the commission on delimitation and border security to Azerbaijan, but we have not received a response so far. We have also communicated our proposals regarding the reopening of regional communications and are ready to take this route toward an immediate resolution of the issue. The proposals regarding guarantees for border security were also submitted to Azerbaijan months ago, but we have yet to receive a response,” Pashinyan stated.

He noted that these proposals include the resolution of the issue related to the territories occupied by Armenia, emphasizing that Armenia’s position remains unchanged: Azerbaijan must leave the occupied territories of the Republic of Armenia.

Pashinyan added that alongside all this, Azerbaijan continues attempts to accuse Armenia of not fulfilling its obligations, but such claims are baseless and insincere.
