Video: Now You Ask Why Armenia Cannot Do Something That Russia Cannot Do, Says MP

I am genuinely surprised by the speeches of our opposition colleagues directed at the Government of Armenia, as the Lachin corridor is entirely under the control of the Russian armed forces. This was stated by ruling party MP Arman Yeghoyan from the parliament podium while addressing the situation in the Lachin corridor.

“Let's build a simple, logical chain - is Russia a stronger, more powerful state than Armenia, it seems to me that it is Russia. Bigger army, nuclear weapons, missiles, economy, etc. Now you say, 'Why can’t Armenia do something that Russia cannot do?' That is illogical. How can we help our Russian partners fulfill their immediate obligations,” Yeghoyan said.

The MP also noted that Armenia has assisted Russia in addressing the issue by inviting discussions at the UN Security Council.
