Araik Harutyunyan Holds Consultation: What Was Discussed

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, held a consultation on December 20, involving the heads of the republic's security forces.

During the meeting, issues concerning the country's security in light of the new realities created by the blockade imposed by Azerbaijan on Artsakh were discussed. The consultation was attended by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Vitali Balasanyan, and the Minister of State, Head of the Operational Headquarters, Ruben Vardanyan.
