Video: One patient in critical condition has died in Artsakh

Due to the closure of the Artsakh-Armenia corridor, patients in severe and extremely critical condition have remained in medical facilities under the jurisdiction of the Artsakh Ministry of Health for the eighth consecutive day. All planned surgeries in hospitals have been halted. It was reported this morning that one patient in critical condition has died.
