A Special Order for Fuel Sales and Purchases Established by the Artsakh Government

The government of the Republic of Artsakh has established a special order for the sale and purchase of fuel. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“Based on point 3 of part 1 of Article 11 of the Law on the Legal Regime of Martial Law, and guided by point 9 of the decree NХ-1792-N of the President of the Republic of Artsakh dated December 13, 2022, the government of the Republic of Artsakh has established a special order for the sale and purchase of fuel, which can be reviewed at the following link,” the decree states.
