VIDEO: Baku is Preparing New Provocations, Arman Tatoyan

This morning, Arman Tatoyan, who joined Artak Beglaryan's sit-in, assured reporters that long-term interventions are necessary as Azerbaijan has made moves, closing the border once, then again, and will continue to do so. “It is important for us that there are results and that provocations do not occur,” responded the former Human Rights Defender of Armenia to a question about international organizations.
