United Nations Security Council to Discuss Artsakh Situation on France's Initiative
In accordance with France's initiative, members of the United Nations Security Council will hold a closed meeting to discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, as reported by the analytical center studying the workings of the UN Security Council.
Recall that starting from December 12 at 10:30, a group of Azerbaijanis blocked the section of the Stepanakert-Goris highway near Shushi-Karin Tak, citing environmental reasons. Hundreds of citizens, including minors, are unable to return home. The transport connection between the villages of Lisagor, Mets Shen, Hin Shen, and Yeghdzahog in the Shushi region and the capital Stepanakert has been interrupted. Azerbaijan also disrupted the gas supply to the Republic of Artsakh on December 13. Gas supply was restored on December 16.
