VIDEO: Ruben Vardanyan Discusses Tomorrow's Plans in Live Broadcast

The State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, spoke in a live broadcast about the upcoming rally in Artsakh, stating that he wants the rally to be professional and have significant content.

"The rally scheduled for tomorrow at 3:00 PM in Stepanakert has been postponed. Before that, there will be meetings with the residents of Martakert, Martuni, and Askeran. A meeting with the residents will take place at 3 PM in Martakert," said Vardanyan.
