VIDEO: Individuals in Artsakh Raise Diesel Fuel Prices, Says Vardanyan

The State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, recently shared details regarding the situation in Artsakh during a Facebook live session. He noted that there are individuals who have increased diesel fuel prices by taking advantage of the blockade and the limited fuel reserves. According to the State Minister, complaints have been received through the hotline, and they are already addressing this issue.

“They (the Azerbaijanis representing environmental interests) claim they allow civilian vehicles to pass. Who are they to grant or deny permission? It is a woman who presents herself as the head of some human rights organization. Who is she to allow anything? The information spread by the media is false; do not believe it,” reassured Ruben Vardanyan.
