The Kremlin has commented on the rumors regarding the possible dismissal of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, dismissed the reports about potential changes in the leadership of the Foreign Ministry as mere speculation.

On Thursday, while responding to a question about whether personnel changes are being discussed in the Kremlin, Peskov stated, "I will answer you as per tradition: treat such rumors appropriately."

Earlier, some Telegram channels reported discussions about potential candidates for the position of the Russian Foreign Minister in light of Lavrov's possible resignation.
