"Hold On for a Few More Days": Beglaryan to Artsakh Citizens in Blockade
Artak Beglaryan, advisor to the Prime Minister of Artsakh, addressed the citizens trapped in the blockade:
“Be strong, regardless of all the deprivations and challenges. Rest assured that the red lines should not be compromised, and our values, homeland, and vital interests must not be negotiated. Hold on for a few more days, and we are confident that we will find feasible solutions; however, we must not compromise our homeland and our values,” said Beglaryan.
He also outlined the current expectations of Artsakh from the member states of the United Nations Security Council. “At this moment, we have a humanitarian assistance issue, and we are convinced that not only should the corridor be cleared of terrorists, genocide perpetrators, and servants of the Aliyev regime, but also an aerial corridor should be opened to the Republic of Artsakh. In this matter, we expect a strict and practical stance and actions from all members of the UN Security Council, including the actions of the People’s Republic of China,” emphasized Beglaryan.
It is noteworthy that Beglaryan announced yesterday that he is starting an indefinite sit-in and protest.
