VIDEO: Serious Issue Arises in Transferring Patients with Severe Health Problems from Artsakh to Armenia
The blockade of the Stepanakert-Goris highway by Azerbaijan severely violates international humanitarian law. Due to the current situation, it has become impossible to transport medical supplies and medicines to Artsakh.
