Video: Russian Ambassador Should Stand Up and Go to Lachin, Their State is Being Disgraced, MP from CP
Vigen Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, calls on the Russian ambassador in Armenia to go to Lachin. "If Russia cannot manage, it should ask others for help," he announced during the extraordinary session of the National Assembly.
Khachatryan expressed his confusion regarding the behavior of Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopirkin in Armenia. "Let him stand up and go to Lachin, their state is being disgraced," said the member of CP.
He added that Russia should not just be called upon but demanded to fulfill its obligations, while Western partners should not merely be called upon but asked for assistance.
It is noteworthy that the National Assembly convened an extraordinary session initiated by the "Civil Contract" faction. The CP is proposing to adopt a statement regarding the humanitarian crisis being caused by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. The opposition left the hall, stating that the agenda proposed by the CP does not correspond to the military-political situation surrounding Armenia and Artsakh.
