Kremlin on Putin-Pashinyan-Aliev Meeting
The spokesperson for the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, has not ruled out the possibility of negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to RIA Novosti, Peskov stated that the meeting could take place at the end of the year during the CIS summit.
“There are still no specific arrangements on this issue; at the same time, as you know, an unofficial meeting of the heads of CIS member states is planned, where the three will have the opportunity to discuss matters within the scope of the summit,” Peskov said.
