French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has "achieved" the withdrawal of heavy and light weapons from the territory of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) and practical details are being discussed. The president did not clarify what he meant, despite ongoing shelling of the facility by Ukrainian forces and a lack of reports regarding the withdrawal.
