Donetsk Has Never Been Under Such Shelling, Says Pushilin
Donetsk has never faced such intense shelling by Ukrainian forces as it does now, stated Denis Pushilin, the acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“Donetsk has never been shelled like this—neither in 2014 nor in 2015. The adversary operates regularly, every day, maybe two or three times, at different times and in various places,” Pushilin said during an appearance on Solovyov Live.
According to data from the DPR representative office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to Ukrainian War Crimes, Ukrainian forces shelled DPR territory 43 times in the past day, resulting in the deaths of five civilians in Donetsk and Horlivka, with four others injured. In the Donetsk and Horlivka regions, 40 houses and eight civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
